Hello! Let me introduce myself. I am Meg Liles, a real estate professional with EXIT Midlands Realty in Chapin, SC. We are in a great central location with the beach and mountains all being within two to three hours away! Chapin is also a short commute to our capital city of Columbia. I grew up in Chapin, on Lake Murray and also lived in Columbia while attending The University of South Carolina. The Midlands are my home and I know the area very well.
My husband and I own Exit Midlands Realty, and I have helped numerous buyers, sellers, and investors over the years. I love to work with first time homebuyers as well as buyers looking for their own piece of Lake Murray! I dedicate a lot of time with each of my clients and listen to their needs to help them find their home. I would be honored for you to choose me to help you search for a new home!
When I am not working with my clients I enjoy spending time with my children, boating and swimming, and playing the piano!
