Carl McClure - I have lived and worked in the Columbia and Newberry Area since 1975. I have watched this area grow and develop; I know the schools, the communities, the lake and beautiful countryside. I have owned a boat for the majority of this time and have spent many hours discovering the over 600 miles of wondrous shoreline on Lake Murray. We have heavily populated areas with subdivisions, condos, farms with many acres and everything in between. We have flat terrain and land with mountain like views. There is something for everyone on Lake Murray and the Columbia Area.
As a teacher and coach in this area for over 30 years and a real estate agent for over 6 years, I have excellent knowledge of the area and closed many successful transactions for my clients. I have found that working with my former students with the purchase of their homes a very rewarding experience! I look forward to the same kind of experience with you!
