Courtyards at Rolling Creek: Irmo SC Real Estate News

I recently had the opportunity to visit The Courtyards at Rolling Creek located in Irmo, SC. It has been quite a while since my last visit and it is always a pleasure driving into the neighborhood. The homes at The Courtyards at Rolling Creek are all brick and all of the ones I have seen come standard with hardwood floors, solid surface counter tops, tile bathrooms and spacious closets. The homes range in size from 2,400 sq ft to over 3,000 sq ft with vaulted ceilings and private backyards. If yard work is not on your list of chores during the weekend, then you will love the fact that the front yard is taken care of for you! More time to spend doing the things you actually enjoy!

This neighborhood is conveniently located off I-26 Peak Exit 97. Take 176 toward Peak and turn right into the neighborhood. The neighborhood is zoned for the award winning Richland/Lexington District 5 schools which include Lake Murray Elementary, Chapin Middle and Chapin High. You can enjoy shopping at Columbiana Center and Harbison Boulevard which is only 10 minutes away. If the big city is what you enjoy you are only 20 minutes from Downtown Columbia or the Vista.

Area attractions include Lake Murray, a 55,000 acre water playground, River Banks Zoo, EdVenture, the Statehouse, Columbia Museum of Art and lots more.
