The residents of Timberlake Plantation, Night Harbor, Magnolia Key, Milmont Shores, The Oaks, Lookout Point, Green Meadow Point, Fairway Pond, The Landings at Night Harbor and all of the other homes outside of these residential neighborhoods are now able to enjoy a new bridge that spans Bear Creek! This new bridge is larger, smoother and will not cause the same "losing your stomach" feeling when you cross it.
The bridge will need to be resurfaced before it is considered "finisihed" but at least it is open and commuters can have a smooth ride to and from their home!

These statistics indicate that the median sold price has remained steady or has seen a minor decrease from the same time period last year. The number of new homes being listed have decreased while the list prices are roughly the same.
It seems to me, that buyers are looking for a "great deal" but the market is indicating steady house values in our area. There are areas of the market where homes tend to stay listed longer and other areas that have seen a larger decrease in median sold values. Considering the current "buyers climate", now is a great time to get out and find the home you have always wanted!
