Chapin, SC REALTORS from EXIT Midlands Realty Participate in Marketing Training: Chapin, SC Real Estate News

Working in real estate is dynamic, exciting, loads of work and tons of fun. Yes, working as a real estate agent is fun. Yesterday a group of agents participated in a marketing workshop designed to help implement tools that will enable us to market our wares more effectively! The training was sponsored by EXIT Midlands Realty and was instructed by Greg Bennett. Greg is a broker/owner of EXIT Realty of Beaufort, a highly successful brokerage and the first EXIT franchise in South Carolina. His training is designed to assist agents on how to utilize resources and tools to make them more effective REALTORS.

The agents that attended the workshop included Carl McClure, Cathie Saucier, Paul Saucier, Denise Lawson, Meg Liles, Joe Nester and Brandon Liles. "It is good to walk away from a seminar and be able to implement the knowledge immediately! said Meg Liles. As competition for the attention of buyers and sellers increases it takes a consistent message to be able to command the attention our clients deserve. "Greg laid out his marketing plan that produces results in very simple terms with easy to follow templates designed for my success." said Joe Nester.

This seminar is the latest in a series of training sponsored and hosted by EXIT Midlands Realty. Some of the past training seminars included real estate web strategy training, a blogging strategy seminar, handling negotiations and sponsoring 101. Paul Saucier said, "After a long stint with another national franchise I was blown away by the resources, training and support I have received since coming on board with EXIT!"

I am already looking forward to our next seminar on Data Base Management May 7th that will be taught by Key Yessaad.
